不同腹腔内脏脂肪面积新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清网膜素1水平比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较不同腹腔内脏脂肪面积(VFA)新诊断T2DM患者血清网膜素1(Omentin-1)水平差异,探讨Omentin-1在腹腔内脏脂肪堆积过程中的作用。方法选取2018年5月至2019年3月于遵义医科大学附属医院内分泌科收治的新诊断T2DM患者90例,分为T2DM正常VFA组、T2DM偏高VFA组及T2DM高VFA组,每组各30例。同期选取我院体检健康者90名为对照,分为正常VFA组、偏高VFA组及高VFA组,每组各30名。ELISA法检测血清Omentin-1含量;螺旋CT定量测定受试者腹部脂肪分布情况。多元逐步回归分析不同腹腔VFA新诊断T2DM患者血清Omentin-1的影响因素。结果 T2DM患者中,T2DM高VFA组Omentin-1水平低于T2DM偏高VFA组及T2DM正常VFA组(P<0.05)。高VFA组Omentin-1水平低于偏高VFA组、正常VFA组(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,TG、LDL-C、HbAlc、HOMA-IR、WHR是血清Omentin-1的影响因素。结论低水平血清Omentin-1可能参与糖脂代谢紊乱及腹腔内脏脂肪堆积。 Objective To compare the serum Omentin-1 levels in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with different abdominal Visceral fat areas(VFA),and to explore the potential role of Omentin-1 in abdominal visceral fat accumulation.Methods Ninety newly diagnosed T2DM patients were enrolled in this study from the Department of Endocrinology in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University during May 2018 to March 2019.All the patients were divided into three groups,T2DM normal VFA group(n=30),T2DM elevated VFA group(n=30),and T2DM high VFA group(n=30).Ninety healthy subjects underwent physical examination in our hospital over the same period were enrolled as controls,and also divided into three groups:normal VFA group(n=30),elevated VFA group(n=30),and high VFA group(n=30).Serum Omentin-1 was detected using ELISA.Spiral CT was used for quantitative detection of abdominal fat distribution.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed to explore the predictive factors for serum Omentin-1 in T2DM patients with different VFA.Results Omentin-1 was lower in T2DM high VFA group than in T2DM elevated VFA and T2DM normal VFA groups(P<0.05).Omentin-1 was lower in high VFA group than in elevated VFA and normal VFA groups(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that TG,LDL-C,Hb Acl,HOMA-IR,and WHR were influencing factors for serum Omentin-1.Conclusion Low serum Omentin-1 content may be associated with glucose and lipid metabolic disorders and abdominal visceral fat accumulation.
