摘要
目的探讨miR-25表达与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性及其作用机制。方法选取2014年2月至2016年4月于我院内分泌代谢科诊治的206例T2DM患者,分为合并DPN组(DPN,n=111)及单纯T2DM组(T2DM,n=95),分析miR-25表达与DPN的关系。结果两组多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)、密歇根神经病变评分(MNSI)、DM病程、TG、HbA1c、内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、AGEs、正中神经运动神经传导速度(MMCV)、腓总神经运动神经传导速度(PMCV)、NADPH氧化酶4(NOX4)、活性氧簇(ROS)、miR-25、正中神经感觉神经传导速度(MSCV)及腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(PSCV)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,miR-25与MNSI评分、TCSS评分、NO呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与DM病程、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C、ET-1、AGEs、ROS、NOX4呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 miR-25与DPN发生相关,其表达量降低与NOX4升高及氧化应激指标ET-1、AGEs、ROS升高相关。
【Objective】Abstract To investigate the relationship between mi R-25 expression and diabetic peripheral neuropathy and to analyze its mechanism.Methods A total of 206 patients with T2DM in our clinic were enrolled in this study,and divided into two groups:DPN group(n=111)and T2DM without DPN group(n=95).The relationship between mi R-25 expression and DPN was analyzed.Results The TCSS score,MNSI score,duration of disease,TG,HbA1c,ET-1,NO,AGEs,MMCV,PMCV,NOX4,ROS,mi R-25,MSCV and PSCV were significantly different between DPN and T2DM group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that mi R-25 was significantly negatively correlated with DM duration,HbA1c,TG,LDL-C,ET-1,AGEs,ROS,NOX4,while positively correlated with MNSI score,TCSS score and NO(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The reduction of mi R-25 was correlated with DPN.The decreased expression was associated with the increase in NOX4 and oxidative index,such as ET-1,AGEs and ROS.
