美士灵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴肺部感染的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of Meicelin used in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary infection

目的 :观察美士灵注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)伴肺部感染的临床疗效。方法 :38例COPD伴肺部感染患者使用美士灵注射液 1～ 2g ,每日早晚 2次静脉滴注 ,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 :美士灵治疗COPD伴肺部感染临床有效率为 92 .1% ,痰菌清除率 85 .7% ,不良反应发生率为 7.8%。结论 :美士灵是新型的头孢类抗生素 ,抗菌谱广 ,杀菌作用强 ,对于COPD伴肺部感染 ,同时存在多脏器功能不全的情况下的患者 ,临床效果理想 ,且副作用少。

Objectives : To observed the clinical effect of Meicelin used in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with pulmonary infection .Methods : 38 cases of COPD patients with pulmonary infection were treated with Meicelin intravenous injection 1～2g every 12 hours, the period of treatment is 7～14days. Results :Among 38 case of COPD patients with pulmonary infection treated with Meicelin ,the clinical effective rate of Meicelin was 92.1% ,the sputum cleanup rate was 85.7%,and the incidence side effective was 7.8%. Conclusion: Meicelin is a new-type cephalosporins antibiotic. It,s antimicrobial spectrum is broad, and bactericidal power is very strong. For the COPD patients with pulmonary infection concurrent with multiple organ disfunction, Meicelin has a ideal clinical effect and rare side effect.
