摘要
分解炉是新型干法水泥烧成工艺系统的核心设备,对水泥生料分解质量和熟料生产能耗起着至关重要的作用,而分解炉出口温度是分解炉高效稳定运行的重要指标。因此,分解炉出口温度的合理控制,是实现水泥优质高效生产的前置条件。该文基于分解炉喂煤量和三次风温度,通过递推最小二乘法和ARMAX模型参数估计,建立分解炉出口温度模型并实现温度预测,用以支撑分解炉出口温度优化控制。
Thecalciner is the core equipment of the new dry process cement firing system,which plays a vital role in the decomposition quality of cement raw meal and the energy consumption of clinker production.The calciner outlet temperature is an important indicator for the efficient and stable operation of the calciner.Therefore,reasonable control of the calciner outlet temperature is the precondition for achieving highquality and high-efficient cement production.Based on the coal feed rate and tertiary air temperature of the calciner,this paper establishes a calciner outlet temperature model through the recursive least square method and ARMAX model identification,so as to realize its temperature prediction to support the optimal control of the calciner outlet temperature.
