基于三维GIS的农业资源台账系统设计与实现——以贵州省松桃县为例

Design and Implementation of Agricultural Resource Ledger System Based on 3D GIS——Taking Songtao County,Guizhou Province as an Example

指出了农业资源台账信息化是当今经济社会发展的趋势,传统的二维GIS系统难以全方面呈现农业资源的真实性及交互性。针对农业资源具有时空分布特征,基于TerraSuite三维GIS平台,以贵州省松桃县为例,搭建了三维农业资源台账管理信息系统,重点介绍了三维农业台账系统的架构设计和功能设计,通过二三维一体化的方式可实现农业资源台账数据的动态管理、数据分析和服务共享。该系统的建设为全国及贵州省开展建立重要农业资源台账制度提供借鉴经验和参考。

The informatization of agricultural resource ledger is the current economic and social development trend.Traditional two-dimensional GIS systems cannot fully present the authenticity and interactivity of agricultural resources.This article focuses on the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of agricultural resources,based on the TerraSuite three-dimensional GIS platform.Taking Songtao County,Guizhou Province as an example,a three-dimensional agricultural resource ledger management information system is built,focusing on the architectural design and functional design of the three-dimensional agricultural ledger system.The dynamic management of agricultural resource ledger data is realized through the integration of two and three dimensions,data analysis and service sharing.The construction of this system provides reference experience and reference value for the China and Guizhou Province to develop an important agricultural resource accounting system.
