如东县破解能源制约因素思路研究

Research on Ideas of Solving Energy Constraints in Rudong County

指出了能源消费总量目标控制是制约如东县“十四五”期间新上重大项目的重要瓶颈,分析了如东县能源消费增长较快、产业结构不占优势、节能挖掘空间较小等原因,提出了今后如东县应通过大力发展风电等新能源、实施省级开发区园区循环化改造、推动大宗固体废弃物综合利用基地建设、开展全过程能源管理等措施,以实现全社会绿色、循环、低碳、可持续发展。

It is pointed out that the control of total energy consumption is an important bottleneck restricting the new major projects in Rudong County during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.This paper analyzes the reasons for the rapid growth of energy consumption,disadvantages of industrial structure and the small space of energy-saving excavation.It points out that in the future,Rudong County will take actions such as developing wind power and other new energy sources vigorously,implementing the recycling of provincial development zones,promoting the construction of comprehensive utilization base of bulk solid waste,and carrying out the whole-process energy management,in order to achieve green,circular,low-carbon and sustainable development.
