加强高校资产管理队伍建设的一些思考

Some Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of University Assets Management Team

作为高等学校人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,资产管理队伍在高等学校发展建设中发挥了重要作用。本文在提出问题的同时,在制度建设、设立资产管理员、业务培训、激励考核体系、发挥资产管理部门作用五个方面阐述了加强高校资产管理队伍建设的一些思考。

As an important part of the construction of the talent team of colleges and universities,the asset management team has played an important role in the development and construction of colleges and universities.While raising problems,this article expounds some thoughts on strengthening the construction of asset management team in colleges and universities from five aspects:system construction,establishment of asset managers,business training,incentives and assessment systems,and playing the role of asset management departments.
