基于GIS技术实现防雷安全重点单位可视化监管

摘要 根据国务院“放管服”改革要求,推动“互联网+防雷监管”,构建防雷安全监管新模式,使防雷安全监管更加规范化、智能化、信息化。本文基于GIS技术,利用防雷重点单位地理信息和监管大数据,结合“中山市防雷安全信息化监管平台”,多张图、多维度展示防雷重点单位安全风险动态,实现防雷安全重点单位可视化监管,更好地发挥防雷减灾服务公共安全的作用。 In accordance with the reform requirements of the State Council's"Releasing-Management-Service",it should promote the"Internet+lightning protection supervision"and build a new mode of lightning protection safety supervision,so as to make the lightning protection safety supervision more standardized,intelligent and informative.In this paper,based on GIS technology,using geographic information and supervision big data of key lightning protection units,combined with the"Zhongshan City Lightning Protection Safety Information Supervision Platform",multiple pictures and multiple multi-dimensional display of the safety risk dynamics of key lightning protection units,it realizes the visual supervision of key lightning protection safety units,so as to better play the role of lightning protection and disaster reduction to serve public security.
