大学生入学及就业迁移的环境选择研究

Empirical Study on Decisions of Admission and Employment Migration of College Students Based on the Environmental Selection

基于2016年5月全国241所高校随机调查的截面数据,利用logistic模型,分别从入学迁移、就业迁移和乡业迁移三个方面开展区域环境要素对不同特征大学生迁移的推拉力研究。研究发现,环境要素对大学生入学迁移和就业迁移有着重要的影响,其中就学的学校类型扮演着重要角色,另外,家庭背景也对学生的选择有一定的影响,环境要素应成为大学生迁移和分化相关政策设计中的重要关注内容。

Based on the cross-sectional data of 241 universities in China in May 2016,this paper uses logistic model to study the driving force of regional environmental factors on the migration of college students with different characteristics from three aspects of enrollment migration,employment migration and rural industry migration.It is found that environmental factors have an important impact on college students'enrollment migration and employment migration,among which the type of school they study plays an important role.In addition,family background also has a certain impact on students'choice.Environmental factors should be an important concern in the policy design of College Students'migration and differentiation.
