摘要 随着海南自贸区建设步伐的加快,海南旅游酒店行业迎来了前所未有的发展新契机,自贸区建设所带来的一系列优惠政策和利好条件必然会推动整个海南旅游业攀上新的高峰,百万人才的引进对旅游各相关行业人才的需求量大、专业人才匮乏的局面有较大改善。同时,海南旅游酒店应抓住机会,建立有效的人才引进和保留机制,解决人力资源短缺等困扰酒店发展的问题。 With the acceleration of the construction pace of Hainan Free Trade Zone,the tourism hotel industry in Hainan has ushered in an unprecedented new opportunity for development.A series of preferential policies and favorable conditions brought about by the free trade zone construction will inevitably promote the whole tourism industry in Hainan to climb to a new peak.The introduction of millions of talents will greatly improved the situation,that is,there is a large demand for talents in tourism related industries and there is a lack of professional talents.At the same time,tourism hotels in Hainan should seize the opportunity to establish an effective talents introduction and retention mechanism to solve the problems that are perplexing the hotel development such as the shortage of human resources.
