我国医疗行业发展水平不断得到提升,医疗行业逐步成为服务行业中新的经济增长点,带动着整个医疗行业以及相关领域的经济发展。其中,医疗基础建设行业的发展使医疗基础建设扩张速度飞速提升。医院建设项目较普通公共建筑项目周期更长、涉及面更广,因此,在医院建设项目中,投资控制与进度管理尤为重要。论文结合医院建设投资控制与进度管理的相关经验,从管理的各个阶段进行总结,介绍每个阶段投资控制与进度管理的意义、重点与存在的问题,并提出相关建议。

The development level of China's medical industry has been continuously improved,and the medical industry has gradually become a new economic growth point in the service industry,driving the economic development of the whole medical industry and related fields.Among them,the development of medical infrastructure industry makes the expansion speed of medical infrastructure increase rapidly.Hospital construction project has a longer period and wider coverage than ordinary public building projects.Therefore,investment control and schedule management are particularly important in hospital construction projects.Combined with the relevant experience of hospital construction investment control and schedule management,this paper summarizes the various stages of management,introduces the significance,key points and existing problems of each stage of investment control and schedule management,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
