With the rapid development of internet technology and the trend of information globalization,the cross-border e-commerce came into being as the times require,accompanied by great vitality and development opportunities.Until now,cross-border e-commerce has developed to a point that can not be underestimated,which has attracted great attention of major enterprises.Reports and data in recent years show that cross-border e-commerce has become a new hot spot in China's trade trading market,and China's cross-border trade e-commerce market also presents a good development trend.The rapid and vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce indicates that a new trade mode has come in the future,and brings a lot of opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the development status and future trend of cross-border e-commerce industry in Yangtze River Delta.
