习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议上指出,坚持党的领导、加强党的建设是国有企业的“根”和“魂”,是我国国有企业的独特优势。作为国有企业,必须坚持三个“一以贯之”毫不动摇,持之以恒推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,坚决扛起管党治党政治责任,将党委(党组)主体责任、书记第一责任人责任、纪委监督责任贯通联动、一体落实,为企业做强做优做大提供坚强的政治和纪律保障。

At the National Conference on Party Building Work in State-Owned Enterprises,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that adhering to the Party's leadership and strengthening Party building are the"root"and"soul"of state-owned enterprises and the unique advantages of China's state-owned enterprises.As a state-owned enterprises,they must adhere to the three"one principle pervading through it all"unswervingly,persevere in promoting the in-depth development of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor,firmly shoulder the political responsibility of managing and governing the Party.They must make the main responsibility of the Party committee(Party group),the responsibility of the first responsible person of the secretary,and the supervision responsibility of the discipline inspection commission connected and linked,and enable them to be implemented integrally,so as to provide a strong political and disciplinary guarantee for the enterprises to become stronger,better and bigger.
