摘要
论文通过查阅相关的文献资料,了解到其他学者对就业竞争力概念的界定,并明确了就业竞争力的具体组成元素,同时,对企业校园招聘专责老师进行访谈,了解企业招聘时关注学生哪些能力以及大学生就业时的薄弱环节,最后结合人职匹配理论,提出增强和培养大学生就业竞争力的建议和对策。
Through consulting relevant literature,this paper understands the definition of employment competitiveness by other scholars,and clarifies the specific elements of employment competitiveness.At the same time,this paper interviews the professional teachers of enterprise campus recruitment to understand what abilities enterprises pay attention to students and the weak links of college students'employment.Finally,combining with the person-job fit theory,the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to enhance and cultivate the college students'employment competitiveness.
