高职旅游管理专业依托地方文旅特色,进行产教深度融合人才培养初探——以随州职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Talents Training with Deep Industry-Education Integration in Tourism Management Major of Higher Vocational Colleges Relying on Local Cultural and Tourism Characteristics——Taking Suizhou Vocational&Technical College as an Example

随着我国旅游业的快速发展和现代职业教育改革的不断深入,产教结合、政校合作办学模式已成为旅游管理专业建设的重点内容和发展方向。论文从现阶段高职旅游管理专业人才培养的困境入手,结合地方文化旅游产业发展实际,对构建“政、校、行、企”多元协同教育共同体进行探索,为高职旅游管理专业人才培养提供新思路。

With the rapid development of China's tourism industry and the deepening of the reform of modern vocational education,the school-running modes of industry-education integration and the cooperation between government and school have become the key content and development direction of tourism management major construction.Starting from difficulties in the talents training of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges at this stage,combined with the actual development of local cultural and tourism industry,this paper explores the construction of"government,college,industry,enterprise"multi collaborative education community,so as to provide new ideas for the talents training of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.
