摘要
当前,计算机应用技术的不断发展,以及市场竞争越来越激烈,这极大地推动了薄壁零件数控加工工艺的发展。近年来,对该类工艺的技术研究已经从传统的经验性探索逐步转向科学性研究。论文从零件装夹、走刀方式以及加工路线等方面,详细分析影响薄壁零件数控加工工艺的因素,然后再根据这些因素提出改进生产工艺的方法。
At present,the continuous development of computer application technology,as well as the increasingly fierce market competition,which greatly promotes the development of CNC machining technology for thin-wall parts.In recent years,the technical research on this kind of technology has gradually shifted from the traditional empirical exploration to the scientific research.The paper analyzes in detail the factors that affect the CNC machining technology of thin-wall parts from the parts clamping,cutting method,machining route and so on,and then proposes methods to improve the production technology based on these factors.
