基于AHP-FCE方法的内蒙古乡村旅游资源评价

Evaluation of rural tourism resources in Inner Mongolia based on AHP-FCE

乡村旅游资源评价是乡村旅游开发的前提,文中从乡村自然资源、乡村社会文化资源、乡村旅游经济、乡村旅游管理与发展以及乡村旅游资源保护等五大层面,构建符合内蒙古自身特点的乡村旅游资源评价指标体系;然后用AHP(层次分析法)确定各指标权重,运用FCE(模糊综合评价法)计算综合评价结果。结果显示,五大准则层权重值为乡村旅游资源保护>乡村自然资源>乡村社会文化资源>乡村旅游管理与发展>乡村旅游经济,综合评价结果为"较好"等级,而乡村自然资源属"很好"等级,应充分发挥其自然资源优势,加强与乡村社会文化、经济、管理与发展及资源保护之间的协调发展,进一步完善基础旅游设施,吸引优秀人才,提升综合管理水平,使内蒙古乡村旅游资源走可持续发展道路。

Evaluation of rural tourism resources is the premise of rural tourism development.The evaluation index system of rural tourism resources in line with the characteristics of Inner Mongolia was constructed from five aspects:rural natural resources,rural social and cultural resources,rural tourism economy,rural tourism management and development,and rural tourism resources protection.Then AHP(analytic hierarchy process)was used to determine the weight of each index,and FCE(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method)was used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation results.The results show that the weights of the five criteria levels are:rural tourism resources protection>rural natural resources>rural social and cultural resources>rural tourism management and development>rural tourism economic.The comprehensive evaluation result is at"good"level,while the rural natural resources are at"good"level.We should give full play to the advantages of natural resources and strengthen the coordinated development with rural social culture,economy,management and development and resource protection,and further to improve the basic tourism facilities,attract outstanding talents,improve the comprehensive management level,and make the rural tourism resources of Inner Mongolia follow the sustainable development path.
