基于复合协调度模型的创新主体协同机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于复合协调度模型,利用我国高技术产业不同行业2013—2017年面板数据,对创新主体协同进行机理分析。研究发现:以企业为核心的产业技术内部创新主体与政府、高校、科研院所等外部创新主体的协同度虽然增加,但整体水平不高;高技术产业不同行业创新主体的协同度存在显著差异,五大行业中的电子及通信设备制造业的创新主体之间协同度最高,航空、航天器及设备制造业的创新主体协同度最低且协同度增幅也低于其他行业。最后针对存在的问题提出对策建议:创新主体协同度低的行业应建立以企业为核心的多主体协同网络关系,从而增加创新主体之间的合作机会。 Based on the model of compound coordination degree,this paper uses panel data of different industries of high-tech industry of China from 2013 to 2017 to analyze the mechanism of innovation subject coordination.The results show that,although the degree of cooperation between the internal innovation subject of industry and technology with enterprises as the core and the external innovation subjects of such as government,universities and scientific research institutes has increased,the overall level is not high;there are significant differences in the degree of synergy among the innovation subjects in different industries of high-tech industries,among the five major industries of high-tech industry,the collaboration degree of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is the highest,while that of aviation,spacecraft and equipment manufacturing industry is the lowest and its increase rate is also lower than that of other industries.Finally,the relevant countermeasure is proposed for the existing problems,that is industries with low degree of coordination should establish multi-agent collaborative network relationship with enterprises as the core,so as to increase the cooperation opportunities between innovation subjects.
