摘要
产生于互联网行业的微创新能够帮助企业跨越"创新者困境",然而现有对于微创新的研究大多从理论分析出发聚焦微创新的概念与特性,对于微创新是如何帮助企业走出"创新者困境"的问题缺乏探讨。从微创新视角,结合互联网典型企业的核心产品——腾讯微信的案例,以扎根理论为基础,通过运用案例研究方法对相关素材进行整理分析,得出微创新的两种类型,即前摄性微创新与回应性微创新,基于此探讨腾讯微信在不同阶段是如何对两类微创新进行组合以降低风险、提高收益。研究以期在理论上加强对微创新的认识,在实践上对企业走出创新困境提供一定的参考借鉴。
Micro-innovation arising from the Internet industry can help enterprises overcome the"innovator dilemma",however,most of the existing research on micro-innovation focuses on the concept and characteristics of micro-innovation from theoretical analysis,there is a lack of discussion on how micro-innovation helps enterprises out of the innovator dilemma.From the perspective of micro-innovation,combined with the core products of typical Internet enterprises——Tencent WeChat case,and based on rooted theory,this paper analyzes the related materials by case study,and concludes two types of micro-innovation,namely proactive micro-innovation and responsive micro-innovation.Based on this,the paper discusses how Tencent WeChat combines two kinds of micro-innovation in different stages to reduce risk and improve income,in order to strengthen the understanding of micro-innovation in theory and provide some reference for enterprises to get out of the dilemma of innovation in practice.
