中小科技企业知识产权质押融资风险评价研究--基于供应链金融视角

Research on Risk Assessment of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing for Small and Medium-sized Technological Enterprises:Based on the Perspective of Supply Chain Finance

基于供应链金融理论构建科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资风险评价指标体系,运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法对典型科技型中小企业融资风险进行测评比较。定量分析表明:稳健且富有竞争力的供应链架构、资信强的核心企业能有效改善借款企业的信用状况,弥合知识产权质押风险的罅隙,帮助科技型中小企业通过供应链金融改善融资困境。

Based on the theory of supply chain finance,this paper establishes risk evaluation index system of intellectual property pledge financing for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,and compares the financing risk of typical small and medium-sized technological enterprises by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Quantitative analysis shows that stable and competitive supply chain structure and core enterprises with strong credit can effectively improve the credit status of borrowing enterprises and bridge the gap of intellectual property pledge risk,and can help small and medium-sized technological enterprises improve their financing difficulties through supply chain finance.
