环境规制视角下贸易出口对中国绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于省际面板数据的非线性实证检验

Export and China’s Green Total Factor Productivity Under Environmental Regulation——Nonlinear Tests Based on Chinese Provincial Panel Data

分析了环境规制影响贸易出口与绿色全要素生产率之间关系的作用机制,提出存在正向非线性调节作用的命题假设,采用中国2002~2015年省级面板数据,运用Hansen非线性门槛模型进行实证检验。结论显示:环境规制的确对贸易出口与绿色全要素生产率之间的关系能起到正向调节作用,且这种调节作用呈现出边际效用增强的非线性特征,采用多种方法进行稳健性检验表明该结论是可靠的。进一步分不同贸易方式和主体出口分析显示,以上结论依然成立,但环境规制对加工贸易和外资企业出口调节作用更为明显。

This paper analyses the environmental regulation moderating mechanism on the relationship between export and green total factor productivity(GTFP),And uses methods of threshold regression,makes the empirical test based on Chinese provincial dates from 2002~2015.The results show that the environmental regulation can moderate positively the relationship between export and GTFP,and the effect reveals nonlinear characteristics of marginal utility enhancement.Tests by various methods show that the conclusion is robust.Further analysis from general trade export,processing trade export,domestic enterprise export and foreign enterprise export shows that above conclusions are still valid.Moreover,environmental regulation is more effective in regulating the export of processing trade and foreign-funded enterprises.
