摘要
在山区桥梁空心薄壁墩施工中,塔式起重机使用螺栓、垫板将附着杆对拉固定在薄壁结构表面,通过埋设在螺栓内侧的力传感器将测试的内力值实时传到起重机控制室,实时监控附着杆的工作状态,若超限可立即报警,提高了施工现场的智能化和自动化水平。
In the construction of hollow thin-walled piers of mountain bridges,the tower crane uses bolts and pads to fix the attachment rods on the surface of the thin-walled structure,and transmits the measured internal force value to the crane control room in real time through a force sensor embedded inside the bolts.Real-time monitoring of the working status of the attachment rod,and alarm if the limit is exceeded,which improves the intelligence and automation level of the construction site.
