摘要 碳分子筛制氮机作为主要的制氮设备,在煤矿防灭火过程中具有重要的作用。结合工作经验及所在工作面实际生产情况,分析了氮气灭火的基本原理,基于此完成了工作面制氮机的选型设计,规划了注氮防灭火工艺、输送管路等辅助设置,提出了相关安全操作的要求。应用结果表明,应用该制氧机能够将工作面内氧气浓度控制在煤层自燃临界氧气浓度范围之内,应用效果显著。 As the main nitrogen making equipment,carbon molecular sieve nitrogen machine plays an important role in coal mine fire prevention and control. Combined with the author’s work experience and the situation of production in coal face, analyzes the basic principle of nitrogen gas fire extinguishing, based on the finished surface nitrogen making machine, the selection of design, process planning and the nitrogen injection for fire extinguishing, pipelines and other auxiliary settings, puts forward the requirements of relevant safety operation, the application results show that will face the oxygen concentration control in the range of coal seam spontaneous combustion critical oxygen concentration, the application effect is remarkable.
