摘要
针对中国重汽集团大同齿轮有限公司现生产的需磨内孔的变速器输入轴类零部件的检验内孔跳动方式存在的问题,设计了一种采用快换V形铁进行定位的检测变速器输入轴内孔跳动的快换检具,分析了该检具的设计方案和应用效果。实践表明,使用本检具后,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了检测的稳定性,同时减少了人为因素对产品质量的影响,为企业产品提供了质量保证。
Aiming at the problems existing in the inspection of the internal hole runout mode of the transmission input shaft parts which need to grind the inner hole produced, a quick change device for detecting the runout of the input shaft of transmission with fast changing V iron is designed, and the design scheme and application effect of the tester are analyzed. The practice shows that the use of the inspection tool reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the stability of the inspection, and reduces the influence of the human factor on the product quality, which provides the quality assurance for the enterprise products.
