摘要
针对15206回风巷受地质构造影响围岩破碎,原有支护参数围岩变形量大等问题,提出用注浆膨胀锚杆控制围岩变形,并用FLAC3D模拟支护效果,工程应用后有效控制了围岩变形。具体研究成果为:破碎围岩对围岩应力较为敏感,新设计的支护参数在一定程度上能降低围岩应力集中程度;采用注浆膨胀锚杆结合锚索、钢带及钢筋网对围岩支护后,顶板、底板及巷帮最大变形量为70 mm、300 mm、120 mm,变形量在允许范围内;研究成果可为其他矿井破碎围岩巷道支护提供借鉴。
In view of the problem that the surrounding rock is broken under the influence of geological structure and the deformation of the original supporting parameters is large, the grouting expansion bolt is used to control the deformation of the surrounding rock, and the FLAC3 D is used to simulate the supporting effect. Concrete research results are as follows: the broken surrounding rock is more sensitive to the surrounding rock stress, the newly designed supporting parameters reduce the stress concentration degree of the surrounding rock to a certain extent and the maximum deformation of roof, floor and roadway side is 70 mm、300 mm、120 mm, after using grouting expansion anchor combined with anchor cable, steel strip and steel mesh to support surrounding rock The research results can provide reference for other mine broken surrounding rock roadway support.
