摘要
从运输容量和运输距离的角度对皮带运输机总体设计进行探究,设计了驱动、制动和张紧部件等关键部分的配件。该设计可在提升皮带弹性上发挥补偿作用,提升皮带运输机的运输效率,为皮带运输机后续的改进设计与研究提供理论参考。
From the point of view of transportation capacity and transportation distance, the overall design of belt conveyor is explored, and the accessories of key parts such as driving, braking and tensioning parts are designed. This design plays a compensatory role in belt elasticity, improves the transportation efficiency of belt conveyer, and provides a theoretical reference for the further improvement design and research of belt conveyer.
