一种矿用本安型中继器的研究与设计

摘要 为了提高顶板动态监测系统中传感器到分站数据传输可靠性,减少巷道内电源布置数量,增加可接入分站的传感器节点数量,对矿用本安型中继器设计展开分析。介绍了样机机械外壳设计、传感器与分站之间数据传输方式、矿用传感器供电处理电路以及本安设计方法,在此基础上,提出了在井下设备层增加中继器的数据传输构架。该中继器基于MSP430F169单片机设计,选用了CAN+蓝牙的通信方式。此外,研究了低功耗运行方法、软件校时机制、数据传输机制,研制了样机并通过测试。 In order to improve the reliability of sensor-to-station data transmission in roof dynamic monitoring system,reduce the number of power supply arrangement in roadway, increase the number of sensor nodes that can be connected to sub-station, this paper analyzes the design of mine intrinsically safe repeater, introduces the design of prototype mechanical shell, data transmission mode between sensor and sub-station, power supply processing circuit of mine sensor and the design method of this safety. On this basis, the data transmission frame of adding repeater in underground equipment layer is proposed. The repeater is designed based on MSP430 F169 single chip microcomputer,and the communication mode of CAN Bluetooth is selected. In addition, the low power operation method is studied Software timing mechanism, data transmission mechanism, developed a prototype and passed the test.
