摘要
以树脂基摩擦片为例,模拟了摩擦制动器的摩擦系数和磨损率随着制动速度和正压力的变化情况,并对带式输送机摩擦制动器的性能进行分析。实验结果表明:摩擦制动器的摩擦系数和磨损率会随着制动速度的增加而减少,随着正压力的提高呈一定的线性降低,磨损率却会升高;含石墨和碳纤维等新型添加材料的摩擦片的稳定性和摩擦磨损性能优于添加金属纤维的摩擦片。
Taking resin based friction plate as an example, the friction coefficient and wear rate of friction brake are simulated with the change of braking speed and positive pressure, and the performance of friction brake of belt conveyor is analyzed. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of friction brake will decrease with the increase of braking speed, and the wear rate will increase with the increase of positive pressure. The stability and friction wear performance of friction plates with graphite and carbon fiber are better than those with metal fiber.
