摘要
以矿用提升机基本构造为研究基础,结合数值模拟分析,以提升速度、制动减速度为变量,对矿井提升机制动过程中的动力系统进行模拟研究。详细探讨了不同工况下提升机制动机理的变化规律,由此得出了提高提升机制动效果的具体建议,对煤矿企业生产效率的提高、安全工作的增强具有重要意义和良好的实用价值。
Based on the basic structure of a coal mine hoist, combin ed with numerical simulation and analysis, the dynamic system in the process of mine hoisting mechanism is simulated and studied with the variables of lifting speed and braking deceleration. This paper discusses in detail the change law of the motive principle of the lifting mechanism under different working conditions, and draws some concrete suggestions to improve the dynamic effect of the lifting mechanism, which is of great significance and good practical value for the improvement of production efficiency and safety work of coal mining enterprises.
