摘要
为了研究通风机扩散器结构对风机工作性能的影响,提高风机工作时的全压和效率,利用Fluent仿真分析软件对通风机工作时的三维流场进行仿真分析,针对性的对风机扩散器结构进行优化。结果表明,优化后风机的工作特性得到了极大提升,在确保通风安全的前提下进一步提升了风机工作时的效率,降低了能耗。
In order to study the influence of fan diffuser structure on fan working performance and improve the total pressure and efficiency of fan working, the three-dimensional flow field of fan working is simulated and analyzed by Fluent simulation analysis software. The structure of fan diffuser is optimized. The results show that the working characteristics of the optimized fan are greatly improved, and the efficiency of the fan is further improved and the energy consumption is reduced under the premise of ensuring ventilation safety.
