This paper analyzes the problems of typical defects such as the angle of metal bending products which are not easy to control and easy to produce cracks as well as springback, and determines the solution from the aspects of structure design, process design, practical operation, etc., and controls and prevents it in the production process.Practice shows that adopting the corresponding effective process method can improve the quality of the workpiece and realize the purpose of quick fault judgment and timely problem solving.
