探放水钻孔专用防喷装置优化改进研究

针对黄山煤业工作面在推进过程中出现大范围的淋水现象,对关闭放水钻孔闸阀时的卡钻事故原因进行分析,研究出了一种探放水钻孔专用防喷装置。该装置的应用有效解决了现场施工人员出现视野模糊、水中操作的安全隐患,大幅度地改善了矿井现场作业环境,从而实现安全生产。

In view of the large-scale sprinkling phenomenon in Huangshan Coal working face in the process of propulsion, the cause of drilling accident when closing the gate valve of discharge borehole is analyzed, and a special blowout prevention device for water exploration and discharge borehole is studied. The application of the device effectively solves the hidden danger of the field construction personnel with blurred vision and operation in water, and greatly improves the working environment of the mine site, thus realizing the safety of production.
