Analysis and Application of Auxiliary Transportation System for Railless Rubber Wheel Car

在介绍无轨胶轮车在立井、斜井中的应用的基础上,着重介绍了一种专门运输轻型胶轮车的专用平板车,这种专门运输轻型胶轮车是韩家洼煤业研发的,在研发的过程中,避开了扩刷巷道、改变了斜井坡度的传统思维方式,平板车借鉴了立井改造载具(罐笼)的思路,巧妙地实现了有轨与无轨辅助运输的快速转换,有效提高了矿井的辅助运输效率,具有借鉴意义。

This paper expounds the application of trackless rubber wheel car in vertical well and inclined well, and introduces a special flat plate car for transporting light rubber wheel car. This kind of special transport light rubber wheel car is developed by Hanjiawa Coal Industry. In the process of research and development, it avoids the expansion of roadway and changes the traditional thinking mode of inclined shaft slope.The flat plate car draws lessons from the idea of transforming the carrier(cage) of vertical well, skillfully realizes the rapid conversion of rail and trackless auxiliary transportation, and effectively improves the auxiliary transportation efficiency of mine.
