摘要
针对传统掘进支护时所存在的底部支护死角大、顶部支护劳动强度大、效率低下的难题,提出了一种新的快速掘进及支护方案,在对掘锚机支护缺陷进行分析的基础上通过对前探支护设备进行改进,设置自动托送网机构,实现了煤矿井下快速掘进效率的提升。实践应用表明:该方案能够将井下巷道掘进效率提升17%以上,将巷道支护周期降低21%以上,极大提升了综采作业效率和经济性。
In view of the difficult problems of large dead angle, high labor intensity and low efficiency of bottom support in traditional tunneling support, a new rapid tunneling and support scheme is put forward. On the basis of analyzing the supporting defects of excavator and anchor, the efficiency of rapid tunneling in coal mine is improved by improving the equipment of front exploration and supporting. The practical application shows that this scheme can improve the tunneling efficiency of underground roadway by more than 17%, reduce the supporting period of roadway by more than 21%, and greatly improve the efficiency and economy of fully mechanized mining.
