摘要
为了缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面并提高煤炭开采效率,某矿井提出在3605综放工作面采用切顶卸压留巷方式。在对3605运输巷地质条件分析基础上,提出以采空区帮施工挡矸支柱、巷道顶板补强加固、采面后方临时支护为核心的围岩控制措施,并相对围岩控制参数进行分析。现场应用后发现,巷道底鼓量最大为125mm,顶板、巷帮变形量控制均在80 mm以内,巷道支护方案取得显著的围岩控制效果。
In order to alleviate the tension of mining and improve the efficiency of coal mining, the method of cutting roof and unloading roadway in 3605 fully mechanized caving face is put forward. Based on the analysis of geological conditions of 3605 transport roadway, the control measures of surrounding rock with the core of gangue retaining pillar,roof reinforcement and temporary support behind mining face are put forward, and the control parameters of surrounding rock are expounded. The maximum amount of roadway bottom bulging is 125 mm, and the deformation of roof and side is controlled within 80 mm. The roadway support scheme has achieved remarkable surrounding rock control effect.
