摘要
针对传统的煤矿掘进作业中出现的煤柱四周塌落、煤炭回采率低、巷道掘进率低等问题,研究探讨了一项无煤柱自动成巷技术,采用井下切顶护帮支架支护来确保综采掘进作业过程中巷道围岩结构的稳定性。试验结果表明,此项新技术通过避免回采巷道的提前掘进和降低掘进量,提升了作业速度、回采率和安全性能,具有极大的应用推广价值。
In view of the problems of collapse around coal pillar, low coal recovery rate and low roadway tunneling rate in traditional coal mine tunneling operation, this paper studies and discusses an automatic roadway formation technology without coal pillar, and adopts underground roof protection support to ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock structure during fully mechanized mining excavation. The experimental results show that the new technology can improve the working speed, recovery rate and safety performance by avoiding the early excavation and reducing the tunneling quantity of the mining roadway, and has great application and popularization value.
