摘要 针对大多数煤矿通信系统各自分散、无法跨越各系统进行调度指挥的问题,提出了井下5G融合通信系统,并以屯兰矿为研究对象,介绍了井下5G融合通信系统的整体设计框架,探索了基于5G系统的机电一体化技术在屯兰矿的具体应用。实际应用结果表明,该系统有效提高了矿井应急调度处置能力和矿井设备自动化、智慧化程度,进一步提升了煤矿安全生产管理水平。 Aiming at the problem that most coal mine communication systems are scattered and can not cross each system for dispatching and command, this paper puts forward the underground 5 G fusion communication system, and takes Tunlan Mine as the research object, introduces the overall design framework of the underground 5 G fusion communication system, and explores the specific application of mechatronics technology based on 5 G in Tunlan Mine.The practical application results show that the system can effectively improve the ability of mine emergency dispatch and disposal, the degree of automation and wisdom of mine equipment, and further improve the management level of coal mine safety production.
