摘要
针对当前悬臂式掘进机控制系统现存的主要问题,设计一种基于DSP的悬臂式掘进机控制系统。具体介绍了该系统的硬件设备与具体控制流程,并通过实验验证了以DSP为核心的掘进机控制系统实际控制的精确性、可靠性。通过应用DSP技术掘进机截割部不仅实现了精确控制,断面可自动成型,而且可实现远程监控,此项技术的应用可为无人化掘进作业提供部分技术支持。
Aiming at the main problems existing in the current cantilever roadheader control system, a DSP-based cantilever roadheader control system is designed. The hardware equipment and control flow of the system are introduced in detail. The accuracy and reliability of the actual control system of roadheader with DSP as the core are verified by experiments. By applying DSP technology, the cutting part of roadheader not only realizes accurate control,the section can be formed automatically, but also can realize remote monitoring. The application of this technology can provide some technical support for unmanned tunneling operation.
