摘要
为了对刮板输送机的刮板链受到的张力进行实时监控,避免刮板链故障影响矿场的正常生产,设计相应的刮板链张力采集装置及监测系统,对张力采集电路和采集装置进行设计。实践表明,该刮板链张力监测系统不仅能够实时显示采集的张力数据,还能够达到节能目的的监测系统,为矿场的高效稳定运行提供的重要的保障。
In order to monitor the tension of scraper chain in real time and avoid the failure of scraper chain affecting the normal production of mine, the corresponding scraper chain tension acquisition device and monitoring system are designed. Practice shows that the scraper chain tension monitoring system can not only display the collected tension data in real time, but also achieve the purpose of energy saving monitoring system, which provides an important guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the mine.
