Innovation of Management Measures for Electromechanical Equipment of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining

首先介绍了管理创新的目标,然后从管理理念、设备信息化水平、人员能力等角度分析了当前设备管理中存在的问题,在此基础上,重点从机电设备信息化管理水平、技术引进和创新、人员技能水平、设备管理理念等方面提出了若干适用于先进综采机电设备管理的创新意见。

This article first introduced the goal of management innovation, then the current problems in equipment management were analyzed from the perspectives of management philosophy, equipment informatization level, and personnel capabilities. On this basis, the focus was on the management level of electromechanical equipment informatization, technology introduction and innovation, and personnel skills as well as transform equipment management concepts, and put forward some innovative ideas applicable to the management of advanced comprehensive mining mechanical and electrical equipment.
