在对电梯用钢丝绳结构介绍的基础上,结合工作经验,从电梯用钢丝绳断丝、磨损和锈蚀等存在的问题入手,提出相应的日常检查与维修保养策略。分析认为,按照计划对钢丝绳的各项指标进行严格的检测,确保各项指标处于要求范围之内,可从根本上提升电梯用钢丝绳的安全性能。

On the basis of introducing the structure of wire rope for elevator and combining with practical working experience, this paper puts forward the corresponding daily inspection and maintenance strategy from the problems of wire rope breaking, wear and corrosion for elevator. The analysis shows that the indexes of wire rope are strictly tested according to the plan to ensure that the indexes are within the required range and can fundamentally improve the safety performance.
