主要针对双速绞车在安装与回车过程中存在的绞车脱档、换挡齿轮磨损、联轴器损坏和轴承磨损等常见故障进行原因分析,并且进一步提出了解决措施与注意事项,为煤矿高效安全地对综采设备进行安装与回撤提供参考。

This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the common faults such as winch off gear, gear shift wear,coupling damage and bearing wear in the process of installation and return of double speed winch, and further puts forward the solutions and precautions, which provides a reference for the installation and withdrawal of fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mine.
