公共健康视角下的城市绿色空间探索

Study on Urban Green Space from the Perspective of Public Health

城市环境问题日益突出,慢性病患者比例持续增长,城市公共健康面临严峻挑战。绿色空间作为城市公共卫生资源,具有社会、经济等多方面功能,其健康效益被各学科领域广泛认可,但鲜有探究公共健康目标下的城市绿色空间构建。本文从健康的视角出发,回顾城市绿色空间的起源,梳理工业化以来城市绿色空间理论与实践的发展,分析绿色空间对于公共健康的影响机制;最后以公共健康效益为导向,探索从城市—街区—场所的多尺度城市绿色空间体系的构建,以期为健康导向的城市绿色空间体系构建提供思路。

With the increasingly prominent urban environmental problems and the continuous growth of the proportion of patients with chronic diseases,urban public health is facing severe challenges.As a public health resource,urban green space has many functions.Its health benefits are widely recognized by the neighborhood of various disciplines,but there are few researches on the construction of urban green space under the public health goal.Based on this,from the perspective of public health,this paper first reviews the origin of urban green space,combs the development of urban green space theory and practice since industrialization,and analyzes the impact mechanism of green space on public health;finally,guided by public health benefits,it explores the construction of multi-scale urban green space system from city—block—place,with a view to health Providing ideas for the construction of urban green space system.
