Research on Neighborhood Public Space Design

“远亲不如近邻”是中国传统文化中对邻里关系最恰当的描述。邻里关系作为居民生活的重要组成部分,对人们的生活质量有着重要的影响。与传统住宅相比,现代住宅在卫生设备和建筑质量方面都有了很大的进步。宽敞明亮的室内环境是旧建筑无法比拟的。然而,随着客厅空间的不断扩大和完善,交往空间也逐渐缩小。邻里之间的冷漠和不信任取代了传统居住社区中互助、和谐、温馨的邻里关系。现代居住区的邻里之间虽然相距很近,但彼此之间的联系却很少,导致邻里之间缺乏良好的沟通环境和人际关系。邻里之间沟通不畅,使得邻里之间的感情淡漠,会对居住区的环境和氛围产生负面影响。

"Distant relatives are inferior to close neighbors"is the most appropriate description of neighborhood relationship in traditional Chinese culture.As an important part of residents'life,neighborhood relationship has an important impact on people's quality of life.Compared with the traditional housing,the modern housing has made great progress in the sanitary equipment and building quality.The spacious and bright indoor environment is incomparable to the old buildings.However,with the continuous expansion and improvement of living room space,communication space is also gradually shrinking.The indifference and distrust between neighbors replace the mutual aid,harmonious and warm neighborhood relationship in the traditional residential community.Although the neighborhoods in modern residential areas are very close to each other,they have little contact with each other,which leads to the lack of good communication environment and interpersonal relationship between neighborhoods.Poor communication between neighbors makes the feelings of neighbors indifferent,which will have a negative impact on the environment and atmosphere of the residential area.
