里院街区建筑及环境品质提升策略研究——以青岛市中山路里院街区为例

里院是一种独具特色的传统民居建筑,由西洋楼和四合院结合而来。其发源于20世纪二三十年代,在20世纪中叶达到了鼎盛时期,70年代后逐步衰落。本文以青岛市中山路附近里院街区为主要研究对象,探讨在历史保护语境下的青岛里院街区如何提高和改善原居民生活质量问题展开设计及研究。对该地域所有建筑物进行系统分析,在城市设计层面上通过设计手段探索里院街区街道肌理、环境整治、基础设施配套、人口安置等问题的解决思路,在尊重历史遗存的前提下满足片区居民对现代生活水平的要求。
