基于“城市双修”理论背景下的城市更新设计研究——以昆明盘龙江桃源广场为例

Research on Urban Renewal Design Based on the Theory of“City Betterment and Ecological Restoration”——Take Taoyuan Square of Panlongjiang in Kunming as an Example

基于“城市双修”理论背景下的城市更新是实现城市可持续发展目标的热门话题。“城市双修”从生态修复和城市修补两个方面,对城市破败区域空间进行更新设计,解决现阶段我国城市存量空间环境问题,使城市建设从粗犷式发展逐步转变为精细化发展,最终实现城市的可持续发展。本文以昆明盘龙江沿线的桃源广场作为研究对象,分析桃源广场存在的问题并提出更新的对策,以期探索昆明市城市更新的路径和措施。

Urban renewal based on the theoretical background of"City Betterment and Ecological Restoration"is a hot topic in achieving the goal of urban sustainable development."City Betterment and Ecological Restoration"renews the design of urban dilapidated regional space from two aspects of ecological restoration and city betterment,solves the current environmental problems of urban stock space in China,and gradually transforms urban construction from rough development to refined development,and finally realizes the city Sustainable development.This paper takes Taoyuan Square along the Panlongjiang in Kunming as the research object,analyzes the problems of Taoyuan Square and proposes renewal countermeasures,in order to explore the path and measures of urban renewal in Kunming.
