历史街区旅游与居住共融状况研究——以上下杭历史街区为例

A Study on the Integration of Tourism and Residence in the Historic District——A Case Study of the Shangxiahang Historic District

伴随传统的街区旅游开发,过多的游客涌入街区,势必与当地居民相互影响。打造一个有温度的、从主客共享再到主客共融的城市公共活动空间,成为历史街区发展的重要趋势。以福州市台江区上下杭历史街区为例,运用多种调研方法,通过当地居民与游客对历史街区空间分布、行为活动、时间特征三个维度,对历史街区交融度进行评价,总结出上下杭历史街区在旅游与居住共融方面的经验和问题,并且提出相应的改造与建议。旨在通过上下杭历史街区的居民与游客的互动状况分析总结历史街区游居融合的途径,同时也为其他历史街区空间的保护和发展提供一定借鉴。

With the development of traditional block tourism,too many tourists flow into the block,which is bound to interact with local residents.Build a warm urban public activity space from the sharing of the host and guest to the integration of the host and guest.Taking the historical block of Shangxiahang in Taijiang District of Fuzhou City as an example,this paper evaluates the integration degree of the historical block through three dimensions of spatial distribution,behavior activities and time characteristics of local residents and tourists,summarizes the experience and problems of the integration of tourism and residence in the historical block of Shangxiahang,and puts forward corresponding transformation and suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interaction between residents and tourists in Shangxiahang historical district and summarize the ways of integration of tourism and residence in the historical district,and to provide some reference for the protection and development of other historical district space.
