浅析新加坡式邻里中心模式在中国的发展——以苏州市方洲路片区为例

Brief Analysis for the Development of Singapore Neighborhood Center in China——Taking Fangzhou Road,Suzhou City as an Example

邻里中心作为20世纪末从新加坡引入国内的一种规划模式,已在中国部分城市得到成熟应用。文章以苏州市工业园区方洲路片区为例,从邻里中心现存实际效果出发,浅析邻里中心对街道空间品质的影响,并提出相关分析。

As a planning model introduced from Singapore at the end of the last century,the Neighbourhood Center has been applied in some cities in China.Taking the Fangzhou Road area of Suzhou Industrial Park as an example,the article analyzes the effect of the neighborhood center on the street space quality based on the actual effect of the neighborhood center,and puts forward relevant analysis.
