摘要 普光天然气净化厂建设有12套大型硫磺回收装置,硫磺产能240×10^4 t/a。原设计采用Black&Veatch的专利MAG■技术脱除液硫中硫化氢(H 2S),逸散废气经低压蒸汽抽射器引入尾气焚烧炉。投产初期,液硫中H 2S质量分数远高于控制指标0.0015%。后续引入空气鼓泡加喷射脱气工艺,液硫中H 2S质量分数降至0.0010%以下。随着装置的运行,催化剂、溶剂性能下降,烟气SO2排放标准日趋严格,采用中压蒸汽抽射器,将液硫池废气由尾气焚烧炉改入克劳斯炉,回收废气中的硫元素,将排放烟气中SO2质量浓度降至200 mg/m^3以下。 Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant has 12 sets of large sulfur recovery units,the sulfur production capacity is 2.4 million tons per year.The original design removes the hydrogen sulfide from liquid sulfur with the MAG■ patented technology of Black&Veatch.Sulfur pit waste gas was introduced into the tail gas incinerator through the low-pressure steam ejector.The mass fraction of hydrogen sulfide in liquid sulfur was much higher than the control index 0.0015%at the initial stage of unit operation.Later,with the introducing of the air bubbling and jet degassing process,the mass fraction of hydrogen sulfide in liquid sulfur decreased below 0.0010%.With the operation of the unit,the performance of catalysts and solvents decreased,and the emission standard of the sulfur dioxide in flue gas became increasingly strict,the middle pressure steam ejector was used to change the waste gas of sulfur pool from tail gas incinerator to Claus furnace.The sulfur element in the waste gas was recovered,and the sulfur dioxide mass concentration in the flue gas was reduced to below 200 mg/m 3.
