季米特洛夫为中共中央争取联共(布)中央经费援助的历史考察

A Study on Dimitrov’s Efforts in Seeking Financial Assistance for the CPC from the CPSU(Bolsheviks)

延安时期,中共中央迫于生存发展压力和坚持抗战到底的需要,向季米特洛夫(共产国际)提出过不少于15次的经费援助申请。作为信仰坚定的马列主义者和共产国际执行委员会总书记,季米特洛夫充分发扬国际主义精神,排除负面信息干扰,努力维护中共中央和联共(布)中央之间的良好关系,在经费援助者联共(布)与需求者中共之间担任了不可替代的角色。为使中共及时拿到援助经费,季米特洛夫不厌其烦地落实数额、安排渠道、关注结果,给中国革命提供了巨大帮助。

During the Yan’an period,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)had submitted no less than 15 applications to Dimitrov(the Communist International)for financial support,out of the pressure for its subsistence and development and for fighting persistently to the end of the Resistance War against Japanese Aggression as well.As a confirmed Marxist-Leninist,Dimitrov,then General Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Communist International,upholding the spirit of internationalism,strived hard to maintain good relations between the Central Committees of the CPC and the CPSU(Bolsheviks)in spite of negative interferences.He played an irreplaceable role in the relationship between the two sides.To ensure the CPC would obtain the funds timely,Dimitrov took great pains to implement the amount,channels and other details,which offered great support to the Chinese revolution.
